The 20th annual Christmas feeding feast for needy residents will be held at Truth and Love Church of God in Christ, 2006 W. 13th Ave., starting at 11 a.m. Friday.

Participants won’t have to show identification. The menu will include chicken and dressing, all the trimmings and dessert.

Volunteers will serve free meals in association with the Interested Citizens for Voter Registration Weed and Seed Program. Truth and Love has prepared thousands of free meals over the years at Christmas time.

“As an active church in the community, Truth and Love COGIC collaborates with ICVR Respect for Life Thou Shall Not Kill Campaign to reduce homicides and are strong supporters of the Weed and Seed program in their fight against crime,” said the Rev. Jesse C. Turner, program coordinator for Pine Bluff Weed and Seed.
