James "Jim" Bacon, former deputy commander of the U.S. Army Chemical Agency, will be guest speaker for the Southeast Arkansas Chapter of the Military Officers Association of America meeting.

James “Jim” Bacon, former deputy commander of the U.S. Army Chemical Agency, will be guest speaker for the Southeast Arkansas Chapter of the Military Officers Association of America meeting.

The meeting will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Pine Bluff Country Club and begin with a buffet lunch.

Bacon, also remembered as a long-term Pine Bluff Arsenal executive assistant, will discuss “My Journey With Chemical Weapons.”
