Monday

Coffee, blood pressure checks, exercise and lunch.

Tuesday

Coffee and exercise class with P. Hayes

Wednesday

Coffee, bean bag basketball games, exercise and lunch.

Thursday

Coffee, Fun Day, exercise and lunch.

Friday

Coffee, fire drill, exercise and lunch.

Transportation is provided daily to and from the King center. Persons needing transportation may call 543-6282.

Various exercise equipment is free for use by senior citizens at the Bradshaw Center, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Additional information about the activities at the Bradshaw center is available by calling 543-6323.
