Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities International has announced that Southeast Arkansas Behavioral Healthcare System Inc. has been accredited for a period of three years for its Case Management (Adults and Children), Community Integration (Adults), Crisis Intervention (Adults and Children) and Outpatient Treatment (Adults and Children) programs.

Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities International has announced that Southeast Arkansas Behavioral Healthcare System Inc. has been accredited for a period of three years for its Case Management (Adults and Children), Community Integration (Adults), Crisis Intervention (Adults and Children) and Outpatient Treatment (Adults and Children) programs.

The latest accreditation is the sixth consecutive Three-Year Accreditation that the international accrediting body, CARF, has awarded to Southeast Arkansas Behavioral Healthcare System.

This accreditation decision represents the highest level of accreditation that can be awarded to an organization and shows the organizationís conformance to the CARF standards. An organization receiving a Three-Year Accreditation has put itself through a rigorous peer-review process. It has demonstrated to a team of surveyors during an on-site visit its commitment to offering quality programs.

Southeast Arkansas Behavioral Healthcare System is a nonprofit organization with offices at Pine Bluff, Stuttgart, Star City and Sheridan. The organization was founded in 1964 and provides behavioral and mental health services in Arkansas, Cleveland, Grant, Jefferson and Lincoln counties.
