Simmons First National Bank recently announced the promotions of Lindsey Bethea and Sarah Castleberry to consumer banking officers within the Consumer Banking Group, according to J. Thomas May, chairman and chief executive officer.

Simmons First National Bank recently announced the promotions of Lindsey Bethea and Sarah Castleberry to consumer banking officers within the Consumer Banking Group, according to J. Thomas May, chairman and chief executive officer.

Bethea serves as a branch manager at the White Hall financial center. Bethea joined Simmons First in 2004 as a FSR and has advanced her position within the company since that time, previously serving as a senior FSR. She became a certified FSR and teller trainer in February 2012 and has completed numerous internal training courses since she began with Simmons First.

Bethea gives back to the community through her volunteer efforts with the White Hall Food Pantry.

Castleberry currently serves as branch manager at the downtown Pine Bluff main bank. Castleberry has provided more than 14 years of service to Simmons First and most recently served as a branch administrative assistant.

Castleberry has completed numerous internal training courses and Arkansas Bankers Association seminars and conferences during her tenure at Simmons First.
