Simmons First National Bank recently promoted Rosezetta Byrd-Stribling to operations officer and Racelle Devoe to information technology officer, according to Chairman Marty Casteel.

Simmons First National Bank recently promoted Rosezetta Byrd-Stribling to operations officer and Racelle Devoe to information technology officer, according to Chairman Marty Casteel.

Byrd-Stribling holds the position of exception management supervisor within the Operations Group. She has more than 12 years of experience with Simmons First and has previously served as proof operator, senior exception item clerk, lead check payment clerk and lead reconciliation clerk. Prior to joining Simmons First, Byrd-Stribling worked for the Arkansas Department of Corrections as a records supervisor.

Byrd-Stribling holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in criminal justice from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff and has completed numerous internal training courses. She is involved in numerous civic and community activities, including volunteering for the Great Arkansas Cleanup, CASA Womenís Shelter 5K Run, Neighbor to Neighbor Toy Drive, Special Olympics and the Jack Robey Jr. High Bank Parent Organization.

Racelle Devoe holds the position of core banking application support specialist II within the Operations Group. She has more than 14 years of experience with Simmons First and has previously held the positions of security administrator, security administrator II and core banking application support specialist I. Prior to joining Simmons First, Devoe worked for the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff.

Devoe has completed numerous internal training courses and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in and clothing, textile and related arts from UAPB. She attended Webster University where she completed graduate courses toward her masterís degree in marketing and management.
