Former state Rep. Booker Clemons will serve as moderator of this forum.

An educational exhibit will be presented by a representative with the Secretary of State’s Office at 6 p.m. and the forum with the candidates will begin at 6:15 p.m. There will be a voting machine on hand as well to familiarize everyone with the voting procedures. The primary election will be held May 22.

This is not a debate, but an opportunity to answer any questions from the general public and give the candidates the opportunity to present their platform, a spokesman said.
