The Sweet Sounds of Downtown music festival will take place Saturday from 10 a.m. until 10 p.m on Main Street from Third Avenue to the Jefferson County Courthouse, which will be blocked off.

The Sweet Sounds of Downtown music festival will take place Saturday from 10 a.m. until 10 p.m on Main Street from Third Avenue to the Jefferson County Courthouse, which will be blocked off.

Sponsored by the Pine Bluff Small Business League, the festival will feature a lengthy lineup of music groups who will take the stage starting at noon and going until 10 p.m.

The stage will be located in the middle of Main Street just south of the courthouse.

Groups scheduled to perform include Spiritual Wings of Joy, Southeast Arkansas Male Choir, Legoria Payton & Friends and Gary Wilson & Untouchables.

A parade from 11th Avenue to Third Avenue will kick off at 10 a.m.

The festival will also include vendors selling food as well as other items.

A car show will be located at Second Avenue and Pine Street and a motorcycle show will be at Second Avenue and Main Street.
