Pine Bluff police are continuing their investigation into a reported shooting incident on the west side of the city Saturday night.

The shooting was reported at about 8:52 p.m. in the 4100 block of West 10th Avenue, and according to a report from Officer Brandon Green, no damage was located in the area.

A witness told Green that a black male with dreadlocks got out of a vehicle and started firing shots, but the witness wasnít sure if the man was shooting at people in the yard of a house or in the air.

Green reported finding a total of 10 .40-caliber shell casings and one live round in the area where the witness said the shots came from.

Officer Ernesto Muniz reported that he spoke to two additional witnesses, with one of them saying that a black male wearing a white muscle shirt pointed a gun at him and then began shooting.

The second witness reported an argument broke out between several unknown individuals and they began shooting.
