LITTLE ROCK — Republican presidential hopeful Rick Santorum will speak at the Benton County Republican Party’s Lincoln Day Dinner in Rogers on May 4 and may make appearances elsewhere in the state, his state campaign chairman said Monday.

The Lincoln Day Dinner will be held at the John Q. Hammon Center, which is connected to the Embassy Suites in Rogers. Tickets will be available soon, according to the Benton County GOP.

Josh Duggar of Springdale, Arkansas chairman of the Santorum campaign, said Santorum is tentatively planning to hold rallies in Little Rock and in Northwest Arkansas. Details will be announced later, he said.

Duggar also said the campaign plans to open an Arkansas headquarters soon in North Little Rock and a regional office in Northwest Arkansas, most likely in Rogers or Springdale.

Arkansas’ primary elections are May 22.
