The mother of two children who said Friday their father had taken them out of state has reportedly settled a custody issue with the man, police said Monday.

On Friday, Tiffany Tillman told police that the children, Deondria Holloman, 7, and Dareka Holloman, 6, were taken from her house by Yul Holloman, the children’s father.

She said she and Holloman were never married, had four children together, and she had an agreement with Holloman to keep the two girls, even though there had never been a formal custody agreement.

Lt.BobRawlinson said Tillman came to the police department Monday and signed a statement saying she had Holloman “had worked things out,” and prosecutors have decided that no criminal charges will be filed in
