CONWAY — Lou Ann Cash Wygal, 52, of Conway, Ark., died at home Monday, November 21, 2011. Born in Pine Bluff December 3, 1958, daughter of Jane Ashcraft Hankins of Pine Bluff and the late Hugh Carson Cash, she was reared and received her early education in Pine Bluff and Rison, graduating from Watson Chapel High School in 1977. A University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff graduate, she taught at Edgewood Elementary and substituted at Watson Chapel High School for many years before moving to Conway in 2003.

The loving mother, wife, daughter, grandmother and sister was a member of Good Faith United Methodist Church in Pine Bluff. She was an Alpha Sigma Tau Sorority Mom.

Survivors include her husband, Brian Keith Wygal, who she married April 18, 1998; mother; sons, Jonathan Reid Atkinson of Conway, Robert Philip Wygal of Fort Carson, Colo.; daughters, Lauren Ashley Atkinson of Conway, Amy Leigh Rodriguez of Fayetteville, Ark.; brothers, Tony Cash of Pine Bluff, Don Cash of Little Rock, Paul Cash of Heber Springs, Ark.; and grandchildren, Sadra Watts, Cash Atkinson, Andon Rodriguez, and River Rodriguez. A fifth grandchild, Ayla Rodriguez, preceded her in death.

Services are 1:30 p.m., Saturday, November 26, Ralph Robinson & Son Chapel in Pine Bluff by Reverend Chuck Coffelt. Interment follows at Greenwood Cemetery in Rison, Ark. Visitation is Friday, November 25, 5-7 p.m. at Robinson’s.

The family requests memorials to the American Diabetes Association.
