Elvin Eugene Weeks, 61, a resident of Pine Bluff, died Saturday, March 17, 2012, at Hot Spring County Medical Center in Malvern.

Elvin Eugene Weeks, 61, a resident of Pine Bluff, died Saturday, March 17, 2012, at Hot Spring County Medical Center in Malvern.

Born February 26, 1951, in Des Arc, he was a son of Richard and Lottie Ingle Weeks.

Mr. Weeks was reared and received his early education in Pine Bluff. He was a graduate of Dollarway High School. He was a member of the National Guard. Mr. Weeks was a welder for T. and N. Electric until his retirement. He loved to fish and hunt.

Mr. Weeks was preceded in death by his father, Richard Weeks.

Survivors include two sons, William Elvin Chadwick Weeks of Pine Bluff and Paul Michael Weeks of Malvern; two daughters, Tracy Cantrell of Grady, and Stacy LeeAnn Hale of Heber Springs; his mother, Lottie Weeks of Malvern; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; two brothers, Bobby Gene Weeks, and Melvin Edward Weeks, both of Pine Bluff; two sisters, Martha Neely of Pine Bluff, and Diane Watson of Hot Springs; the mother of his children, Nadine Wolfe of Grady.

The visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. Tuesday, March 20, 2012, at Ralph Robinson & Son Funeral Directors.

Funeral services at 2 p.m. Wednesday, March 21, 2012, at First Pentecostal Church of God with Brother James Miller and Brother Ronald Grundy officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery by Ralph Robinson & Son.
