WHITE HALL Roy Kline, 70, a resident of White Hall, died Sunday, December 18, 2011, at Arkansas Hospice in St. Vincent Hospital in Little Rock.

WHITE HALL Roy Kline, 70, a resident of White Hall, died Sunday, December 18, 2011, at Arkansas Hospice in St. Vincent Hospital in Little Rock.

Born September 18, 1941, in Fort Smith he was a son of Frank and Bettye Kline.

Mr. Kline was reared and received his early education in Fort Smith. He was a graduate of Fort Smith High School. Roy Kline married Betty Sue Thomas on July 7, 1978, in Mill Town, Ark. Mr. Kline was a chemical officer and a surety officer for the Pine Bluff Arsenal for 20 years.

Mr. Kline was a member of the Family Church, where he served as a deacon. He was a member of the Purple Heart Society. Mr. Kline served in the United States Marine Corps for over 13 years, during which time he served in Viet Nam.

Mr. Kline was preceded in death by his father, Frank Conley Kline.

Survivors include his wife, Betty Sue Thomas Kline of White Hall; his mother, Bettye Kline of Fort Myers, Fla.; two sons, Lee Daniells of Edmond, Okla., and Kenneth Daniells of Oklahoma City, Okla.; two daughters, Kimberly Kelly Horn of McAllister, Okla., and Tamara Kay Hill of South Haven, Miss.; sister, Sherry Jo Kline Howard of Fort Myers, Fla.; eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A memorial service with military honors will be 3:00 p.m., Wednesday, December 21, 2011 at Family Church with Rev. Bill Fitzhugh officiating.
