Editor, The Commercial:

On behalf of the Board of Directors and myself, we wanted to thank all who helped make the 15th year of “Enchanted Land of Lights and Legends” a success. A special thanks to our Transformer Sponors: Simmons First National Bank, Pine Bluff National Bank, Central Moloney, Evergreen Packaging, Emergency Ambulance Service, Jefferson Regional Medical Center and the City of Pine Bluff.

Thanks to these organizations to help us put up, maintain it and take it down: Jefferson County Adult Probation, Pine Bluff Street Department, Arkansas Department of Correction, and the Pine Bluff Parks and Recreation Department. Thank you to our Police Department for security and then staffing when we are open to the public.

A big thanks to the special few that make it all work: Will Smith, Cleo Lewis, Pete Ahlgrim, and Tony Calabretta. Thank you to the staff of the Pine Bluff Convention Center Operations that provide the technical and electrical know-how: Marty Huddleston, Bryon Conner, Tommy Walker, and Johnny Wright.

I great big thank you would have to go to all the donations volunteers that stand out there in the cold and rain and collect the donations. The Pine Bluff Festival Association is a not-for-profit corporation, so all monies donated and sponsorships go right back into the corporation for expenses, and most importantly growth for next year. Each year hundreds of people donate their time to help Pine Bluff be successful in having Arkansas’ largest drive thru of holiday lights.

Thank you the K-Train 104.5 FM who helps us promote it.

I guests the biggest “Thank You” would have to go to all the people who drive-thru and donate and make Pine Bluff one of the brightest spots on earth during the holiday season.
