Quincy Means in the 123-pound division and Mason Wickett at 141 won their titles Saturday in the state tournament at the North Little Rock Community Center. Means knocked out Corey Osburn of the River Valley Boxing Club in the first round, and Wickett beat Little Rock’s Paul Mendoza by unanimous decision.
