Landon Tolson, Jacob Owen and Paxton Newton each had two hits for Watson Chapel (13-5). Owen batted in two runs and Newton knocked in another.

Warren 11, Dollarway 5

At Bush Field, Logan Adams took the mound to calm down Dollarway’s comeback and pitched a victory for the Lumberjacks (6-8, 3-3 in 8-4A Conference).

Starter Dre Jones ran into trouble in the third when he loaded the bases and walked another batter to force in Dollarway’s first run. Justin Hall gave up a hit and error, and Adams came on as the Cardinals scored four runs in the inning to tie the game at 5.

Warren then took a 6-5 lead in the fifth and scored five in the seventh.

Aaron Church went 2 for 4 with three RBIs, including a two-run single in the seventh, for Warren, which finished with 14 hits. Hall was 2 for 4 with two RBIs and three stolen bases. Troy Sellers also was 2 for 4 with four swipes.

Dollarway had six hits, including two by Addison Grandy. The Cardinals fell to 1-3 in the 8-4A.

Dumas 15, Lake Village Lakeside 0

DUMAS — Dumas pounded Lake Village Lakeside 15-0 in four innings to improve to 5-0 in the 8-4A Conference.

John Shepherd went the distance on the mound and allowed a lone single. Hunter Bickers homered for the Bobcats.

Dumas plays again at 4:30 p.m. today at Hamburg.

DeWitt 8, Star City 7

STAR CITY — Star City dropped to 8-5 overall and 3-3 in the 8-4A Conference with a loss to DeWitt.

Austin White doubled twice, singled and drove in a pair to pace the Bulldogs at the plate.

White also pitched four innings in relief of starter Zach House. White allowed one hit in relief while House allowed eight hits through three.

Lake Hamilton 9, Monticello 6

MONTICELLO — Lake Hamilton plated three runs in the top of the seventh inning to beat Monticello (9-6). No further statistics were available.

Watson Chapel 6, Hot Springs Lakeside 2

HOT SPRINGS — Maegan Greer picked up the complete-game victory in the circle as the Lady Wildcats (8-3) disposed of the Lady Rams.

Natalie Johnson led Watson Chapel at the plate with two doubles and single and two RBIs. Sydney Crossett doubled and Jamie Bridges singled and drove in a run.

Life Way 11-10, Ridgway 10-19

BENTONVILLE — The Lady Eagles (2-2) earned a split to even their record Thursday.

Ehvan Shaw and Madison Heflin each had two hits for Ridgway in the first game. Henley Tucker gave up six hits and struck out seven in the loss.

In the second game, Hailey Wilkins and Taylor Allen each lined two hits. Rainey Davis pitched a complete-game win, striking out two and allowing three hits.
