Chuck Morgan, President and CEO of Relyance Bank recently announced the promotions of Greg Garner and Tracey Hisaw.
Garner has been named senior vice president and chief operations officer. A Ouachita Baptist University graduate and Pine Bluff native, Garner has nearly 30 years of banking experience. He graduated from the University of South Carolina Graduate School of Bank Investments and Financial Management, Society for Human Resource Management and completed various human resource, marketing, and bank operations training courses. Garner is a graduate of Leadership Pine Bluff, served as Pine Bluff Regional Chamber of Commerce Expo Chair, Pine Bluff Regional Chamber of Commerce Chair and board member and volunteered for the United Way of Southeast Arkansas.
Hisaw has been named senior vice president and chief risk officer. Hisaw received her Bachelor of Science Degree in accounting from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and graduated Magna Cum Laude. She also received her Associate of Arts Degree from Southeast Arkansas College at Pine Bluff and graduated with highest honors. Hisaw has 26 years of banking experience. She is a certified internal auditor, certified community banker auditor, and graduate of the Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University. She is currently pursing Certified Fiduciary and Investment Risk Specialist designation. She is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors and Central Arkansas Chapter of Institute of Internal Auditors. She serves as a volunteer for the Salvation Army and a former volunteer for United Way.
