The Pine Bluff/Jefferson County Library System Board of Trustees will hold a special meeting at 5:15 p.m. Thursday, March 15, at the board room of the main library, 200 E. Eighth Ave.

The agenda includes approval of the schematics of the Main Street Branch and discussion of the overall program; ratification of the hiring of East Harding as the construction manager (at risk) for the city and county building programs and Larry Watkins of Mitchell/Williams Law Firm as Legal Counsel for the city building program; a motion to go out for bid and hire a construction manager or construction manager as advisor for the county building program; and election of a vice president of the board.

The board’s next meeting is scheduled for 5:15 p.m. Tuesday, April 10.
