Texarkana, Texas - Sandra K Crowder, 68, of Texarkana, Texas formerly of Pine Bluff, Arkansas died October 7, 2018 at her residence. She was born August 6, 1950 in Pine Bluff Arkansas. She was retired from Simmons First National Bank in Pine Bluff, Arkansas.

She is survived by one brother and two sisters-in-law, Marty and Melinda Crowder of Pine Bluff Arkansas and Kathy Crowder of Centerton, Arkansas, and numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

Graveside services will be held at 11AM Saturday, October 13, 2018 at Memorial Park Cemetery in Pine Bluff, Arkansas with Kevin Robbins officiating. Burial is under the direction of Chapelwood Funeral Home.

Eddye Tomboli

Eddye Jean Tomboli, 74, of White Hall, went to be with her Lord and her beloved husband Ned Tomboli, on Tuesday, October 9, 2018, surrounded by her family.

She was born December 13, 1943, in Pine Bluff to the late Gene Tucker and Juanita Shinall Tucker.

Mrs. Tomboli was reared and received her early education in Pine Bluff, graduating from Watson Chapel High School in 1962.

Eddye was a resident White Hall for many years. Eddye was a long time employee of the White Hall School District where she served in many different roles.

She was very active in civic and community affairs for many years. She was known as Ms. T or Mama T to everyone who knew her. Ms. T loved her church, community, friends and her family and always put others before herself. She was very involved in her children, grandchildren and their friends’ lives supporting them in various activities for many years. She was very active in the original White Hall Ponytail Softball League, White Hall PeeWee Football League and the White Hall Booster Club where she served for many years.

Eddye was a member of White Hall United Methodist Church where she served on many boards and committees. She was also a member of United Methodist Women.

In addition to her parents, Eddye was preceded in death by her husband, Ned Tomboli in 2014; and her brother, Donnie Tucker in 2015.

Survivors include her children, three daughters, Patti Richmond (Joey), Sherri Neikirk (David) and Kelli Peckham (Phillip), all of White Hall; son, Joey Tomboli (Brandy) of White Hall; one brother, Ronnie Tucker; 13 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

The funeral service will be Saturday, October 13, 2018, 10:30 a.m. at Robinson & Fuller White Hall Chapel with Rev. Allen Crum and Rev. Rob Walker officiating. Burial will follow in White Hall Methodist Cemetery.

Visitation will be today from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at Robinson & Fuller White Hall Chapel.

Wesley Ross

Wesley E. Ross, 85, passed away Tuesday, October 9, 2018.

He was born on November 23, 1932 in Grapevine, he was the son of Oliver and Gennie Edna Ross. He was a proud veteran who served his country in the United States Army in the 1950’s.

Wesley was a kind and friendly man who never met a stranger. He was a great storyteller. He was a self-employed entrepreneur and a successful salesman. He and his late wife were members of First Immanuel Baptist Church for more than 60 years. They were an integral part of the Friendship Sunday school class for decades. He was a man of deep and sincere faith who was always positive and saw the best in everyone and every situation.

Wesley was a master gardener. He was a great cook - even marketing and selling his popular BBQ sauce. He loved living in the country and going fishing every time he had the chance.

He was preceded in dead by his wife of 64 years, Alice Fee Ross, his son, Gary Ross, and his son-in-law, Hardy Malone.

He is survived by his daughters, Gail Malone and Gwen Ayres (Paul); brother, Ray Ross (Barbara); daughter-in-law Kaye Ross; eight grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and many other loving family and friends.

Graveside services will be Friday, 2:00 p.m., at Pine Ridge Cemetery in Grapevine with Brother Robert Cossey and Brother Justin Ross officiating. Services are by Robinson & Fuller White Hall Funeral Chapel.

Visitation will be Friday from 12:30-1:00 p.m. at First Immanuel Baptist Church, 1500 W 73rd Ave. in Pine Bluff, AR.

He leaves to cherish his memories his children; James, Rochelle, Danny, Anthony, Tenicia, Evorn, and Darlene. Six Brothers and Two Sisters. 31 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren.

Mr. Lewis Hunt, Sr 88 of Pine Bluff, transitioned from his earthly home to his heavenly home on October 7, 2018 at Jefferson Regional Medical Center. He was born July 1, 1930 to the late Howard and Mae Francis Hunt. He was preceded in death by his parents, beloved wife Rosemary, nine siblings, daughters- Bessie and Reba Hunt, sons- Chester and Lewis Hunt, Jr, and one great-granddaughter Jocelyn Randall.

He leaves to cherish his memories- three sons- Dexter, Tom and Michael Hunt, 10 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild, a host of nieces, nephews , other relatives ,friends and his New Salem Church family.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, October 13 at 2:00 PM at New Salem Missionary Baptist Church by Rev. Clark Thomas. Burial will be in the New Salem Missionary Baptist Church cemetery. Visitation will be held on Friday October 12, 5-7 PM at Christian Way Funeral Home.
