Aaron Fletcher with Cherokee Nation Businesses subsidiary CN3S was recently recognized by the Federal Aviation Administration for his role in supporting the agency’s new weather observation platform.
Fletcher serves as a program manager supporting CN3S’ partnership with the FAA and its Aviation Surface Weather Observation Network Technology Refresh Team, helping integrate the new Automated Weather Observing System Model-C.
“Since 2015, CN3S has served a key role in integrating AWOS-C systems in air traffic locations across the nation,” Fletcher said in a news release. “We are proud to have collaborated on this project and look forward to continuing our growing relationship with the FAA.”
Fletcher grew up in Locust Grove and currently lives in Broken Arrow. Cherokee Nation 3S provides personalized support services to government and commercial clients.
