Synergy Forum Inc. is accepting applications for the 2019 Synergy Grants. Applications must be completed and received by Thursday, April 4, according to a news release.


Registered non-profit organizations are eligible to apply for the grants that fund projects to benefit residents of Jefferson County. These include IRS 501(c)(3) public charities, public schools, government agencies, and the hospital in Jefferson County.


“Created in 1985, Synergy Forum is an independent organization of women providing small grants for Jefferson County non-profits to make a difference in the areas of the arts, education and social services. Grants generally range from $500 to $1,500. Synergy’s funding comes only from the dues and contributions paid by members,” according to the release.
