Eternal Grace Outreach Ministries, a local non-profit organization, will give away prom dresses to disadvantaged students.

Dresses will be given away from 4-7 p.m. Thursday, April 4, and Thursday, April 18, at Full Circle 360, at 3400 W. 34th Ave., at Pine Bluff.

The selection of dresses is subject to availability. In order for this annual event to be successful, donations of prom dresses, makeup, jewelry and even male attire is needed, according to a news release from the Rev. Tonya Boyce, executive director of Eternal Grace.

Eternal Grace’s Prom Dress Giveaway began in 2015 as a Girl Scout project to provide prom dresses to girls whose families were financially challenged.

Regina VonTungeln is Eternal Grace’s community partner who heads up the collecting process for the donated prom attire.
