Pine Bluff Interested Citizens for Voter Registration Inc. (PBICVR) will hold its Coffee with the Chiefs Community Program from 9-10 a.m. Tuesday, April 2, at First Baptist Church, 6501 S. Hazel St.


April is National Sexual Assault Awareness Month and the featured speaker will be Deputy Prosecuting Attorney Karres Manning.


Kenny Smith, state law enforcement coordinator with the Arkansas Coalition Against Sexual Assault, will also make brief remarks, according to a news release.


The sexual assault awareness topic is one of 16 recommendations designed for Pine Bluff National Ten Point PEN OR PENCIL Expansion Hub to engage the community, according to the release.
