The C.A. Vines Arkansas 4-H Center is offering families a chance to take the cooking stress out of the Easter holiday weekend with the return of the Holiday Helpings program.

The program, initially introduced for the Thanksgiving holiday in 2018 and again for Christmas, provides complete dinner and a la cart options, including sliced roast turkey, country ham and pork tenderloin dinners that should feed a group of five to six people.

Marshall Robertson, marketing specialist for the Vines Center, said the program has proved popular with families in the area.

“This is a relatively new program, developed by the folks here at The Vines Center for the purpose of supporting the Arkansas 4-H Foundation,” Robertson said. “Our goal is to promote the dining offerings of the center while also providing service to the local community through offering to help alleviate stresses that can come along with preparing meals during holidays.”

Full dinners, which include entrees, gravy, dressing, a choice of two sides and a dozen dinner rolls, are priced at $80. Additional turkey, ham and pork tenderloin, as well as dressing and vegetables in 32 ounce containers, can be purchased individually.
