Main Street Plaza, 601 Main St. in downtown Pine Bluff, will open at 11 a.m. Wednesday, May 1, according to Mayor Shirley Washington. The mayor announced the opening in a news release April 29.

“The plaza celebrates innovation and aims to inspire the next generation of entrepreneurs in Pine Bluff,” according to the release. “The space compliments a series of projects in downtown Pine Bluff, including the construction of a new main branch of the Pine Bluff/Jefferson County Library, the UAPB Business Incubator and Innovation Hub.”
