Arkansas Federal Child Nutrition and Education Services Inc. at Pine Bluff is participating in the Child Nutrition Programs, according to a May 2 news release.

In accordance to federal law and U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) civil rights regulations and policies, the institution is prohibited from discrimination. All children in the program will receive the same meals without discrimination, according to the release.

Those who believe they’ve been discriminated against in receiving food service should write to the Secretary of Agriculture, Washington, D.C., 20250.

Arkansas state licensed day care centers in all 75 counties are eligible for food and nutrition reimbursement payments, according to the news release. Details: Larry A.
