AgHeritage Farm Credit Services, 800 S. Main St., held a grand-opening, ribbon-cutting celebration of its new Pine Bluff branch June 3.


The Chamber’s Redcoats were on hand for the celebration, according to the newsletter from the Pine Bluff Regional Chamber of Commerce.


“AgHeritage FCS is one of four cooperative lenders in the Farm Credit organization serving the state of Arkansas which, along with several other states, are grouped together to form a district of the Farm Credit System,” according to the newsletter.


“The Farm Credit System, a national cooperative that serves those involved in the business of agriculture nationwide, sells bonds on Wall Street to fund the system’s loans to farmers, ranchers, rural businesses, communities and homeowners,” according to the newsletter.
