Dollarway School District will hold its Back-to-School Family Day from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 10, at the Pine Bluff Convention Center.

The event will be held in partnership with the back-to-school bash sponsored by BRAVE, the Pine Bluff Black Firefighters, according to a news release.

The Dollarway administration and other staff will be available to greet students and families, answer questions and provide information. Giveaways will be made on a first come, first served basis.

Meanwhile, the community is invited to attend Project Fresh Start, a program of the Pine Bluff Black Firefighters, where school supplies and information will be provided in the arena of the Pine Bluff Convention Center Aug. 10. Details: Mozell Gipson, 870-692-2953, or Johnnie Brown, 870-489-2325.
