Pine Bluff Interested Citizens for Voter Registration Inc. will host its Coffee with the Chiefs Community Program from 9-10 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 3, at First United Methodist Church, 200 W. Sixth Ave.

The scheduled speaker is Superintendent Jeremy Owoh of the Pine Bluff School District, according to a news release.

Also during these events, the Pine Bluff mayor and city council members have the opportunity to share reports, updates and other information with the community.

Coffee with the Chiefs was designed in 2005 for the clergy because of their position and ability to share information with their congregations. It also provides an opportunity for law enforcement and fire safety officials to directly interact with faith leaders and residents, according to the release.
