The deadline for residents to put out their remaining flood debris to the public right-of-way for County pick-up is Sept. 30th.

Any debris that is not at the nearest right-of-way by Sept. 30th may not be collected by county crews.

Residents may contact the Jefferson County Road Department to report addresses where flood debris still needs to be collected. You are asked to place all flood debris as close as possible to their nearest right-of-way.

Anyone who fails to place debris in the appropriate spot by Sept. 30th, will be responsible for their own removal.

Only debris touched by the 2019 flood waters is eligible for pickup by the County.
