Brian K. Chesson, 46, of Atlanta, Georgia, passed September 26, 2019. He was born August 4, 1973, in Little Rock, Arkansas to Frederick Chesson (Freddie C) and Pamela Chesson.
He was the oldest of 3 children. Brian graduated from West Seneca High School and moved to Atlanta, Georgia where he resided for 26 years, where he met Marie Elena Reid and together, they had a beautiful daughter. Brian accepted Christ at an early age at World Changers Fellowship Church, Pastor Creflo Dollar. There he served in the Men’s Ministry and Men’s Outreach programs.
He started his career at Alan Haymon Productions with his Father, Frederick Chesson (Freddie C). He served as a financial consultant for 15 years. He went on to work for CeCe Winans and Universal Soul Circus. Finally, he became Proprietor of Roc Ya Spirit Christian Ministries and Purpose Driven Entertainment. Brian had a passion for Christian Men’s Ministry. He shared his testimony with radio stations, community groups and Christion artists. He loved the Lord. Brian loved using social media platforms to spread The Word and encourage his listeners to follow Christ.
Brian K. Chesson is survived by his mother, Pamela Chesson, daughter, Sydne’ Marie Chesson (Mother, Marie Reid); 2 Sisters, Jewel Louise Chesson, Latrese Chesson, and his grandmother; Jewel Edwards. 5 Aunts, 4 Uncles; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Homegoing Celebration will be 1:00 p.m. on Friday, October 11, 2019, at New Town Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. Leroy Edwards, officiating. Interment will be in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens by Paradise Funeral Home of Pine Bluff.
Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. on Thursday at Paradise Funeral Home. “Only Paradise Can Serve You Better!”
