Relyance Bank recently held two ice cream social and Bingo events, one at the White Hall Community Center and one in Hot Springs Village, celebrating the change in name and logo for the bank travel club, formerly know as the Crown Club. The new name is the Destination Club, according to a news release.

“The new name will do a better job communicating who we are and will remain relevant in the future,” Cindy Cullins, club director announced at this annual event.

“This is certainly fitting for our travel group and the tagline …Escape…Explore…Experience… is exactly what we want our members to do as they visit different destinations around the world,” according to the release.

Around 100 members participated in the photo shoot in the ice cream truck setup at the social, which featured colorful tablecloths with balloons and themed ice cream decorations.

“The Destination Club members enjoyed their ice cream and toppings along with several fun rounds of Bingo. Bingo prizes included new logo T-shirts, caps, and gift baskets. They also gave away a gift card at each event as a grand prize,” according to the release.

Cullins reminded the members that there are still a few spaces available on a couple of the club’s 2020 tours. The Caribbean cruise will be held in February/March and the Peru tour, including Machu Picchu in April. She also reminded them that signup has begun on their Canadian Island coach tour.
