• EUDORA MISSIONARY BAPTIST CHURCH, 9405 Middle Warren Road, will celebrate its 185th anniversary at 3 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 27. The guest speaker will be Christopher Simmons, pastor of NuLife Christian Fellowship Church at Little Rock. Guests will also include the Rev. James and Joyce Murry, pastor and wife at Gospel Temple Missionary Baptist Church.


• PARADISE MISSIONARY BAPTIST CHURCH at Grady will celebrate its 123rd anniversary at 3 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 27. The service is dedicated to Lillie Mae Rancifer, the oldest mother of the church. The guest speaker will be the Rev. Antonio Gayden, pastor of Union Hopewell Baptist Church, accompanied by his congregation. Guests will also include the Williams Singers.


• EIGHTH AVENUE MISSIONARY BAPTIST CHURCH, 1200 W. Eighth Ave., will celebrate its 121st anniversary at 3 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 27. The guest minister will be the Rev. Kelly Allen Green, pastor of Greater St. Mark AME Church at Thornton, accompanied by his congregation.


• REDEEM TEMPLE CHURCH OF GOD IN CHRIST, 615 S. Cedar St., will celebrate the 17th anniversary of the pastor, Elder Lugene Boyd. At 7 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 26, the featured speaker will be the Rev. Dexter McDonnell, pastor of God’s Way Fellowship Missionary Baptist Church. At 3 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 27, the guest speaker will be the Rev. Freddie Heard, pastor of Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church.


• MISSION TEMPLE CHURCH OF GOD IN CHRIST, 5700 W. Short Third Ave., will celebrate the 38th anniversary of the pastor, John W. Tate, at 3 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 27. The guest speaker will be Superintendent Edward Gaston of Washington Memorial Church of God in Christ at Dermott.


• CORINTH MISSIONARY BAPTIST CHURCH at Sherrill will host its 140th anniversary at 3 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 27. The guest speaker will be the Rev. Willie Laws, pastor of New Morning Star Missionary Baptist Church at Altheimer.


• MT. CALVARY MISSIONARY BAPTIST CHURCH, 600 E. 38th Ave., will celebrate its 124th anniversary at 3 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 27. The guest speaker will be the Rev. George Waters Jr,. pastor at Rose Hill Baptist Church.


• GREATER MT. OLIVE MISSIONARY BAPTIST CHURCH at Tucker will begin the 11th anniversary of the Hayes Family at 6 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 26. East Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church at England will host the service at 6 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 27.

• NEW CHEEKS CHAPEL AME CHURCH at Sherrill will host the 68th anniversary of the Pastoria Singing Union at 5 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 27. The guest preacher will be the Rev. Jay Brothers Jr., pastor of St. Luke Missionary Baptist Church. Special guests will be the Dixie Wonders of West Helena.


• DAMASCUS BAPTIST CHURCH, 224 N. Cypress St., will host the 49th anniversary of the Cosmopolitan Choir of Pine Bluff Inc. at 4 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 27. The choir will be accompanied by members of the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff Vesper Choir, directed by Jerron Liddell. A special feature will be the 2019 honoree, Parnell McCray.


• ST. PETER’S ROCK MISSIONARY BAPTIST CHURCH, 1201 S. Catalpa St., will present the mass choir annual at 3 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 27. The guest speaker will be the Rev. Dennis Wilson, pastor of Pleasant Grove Missionary Baptist Church, accompanied by his congregation.


• LIBERTY HILL MISSIONARY BAPTIST CHURCH, 6300 U.S. 79 South, will celebrate its annual choir program at 3 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 27. The guest speaker will be the Rev. Glenn Barnes, pastor of Pine Hill Missionary Baptist Church, accompanied by his congregation. Guests will also include the Indiana Street Male Choir.

• MT. ZION MISSIONARY BAPTIST CHURCH at Altheimer, will observe its annual women’s day at 3 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 27. The guest speaker will be Robbie Williams, the first lady of Smith Chapel Missionary Baptist Church. The women’s day choir will sing.


• REYNOLDS CHAPEL MISSIONARY BAPTIST CHURCH, 706 S. Cypress St., will conduct a fall men’s day worship service at 3 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 27. The guest speaker will be the Rev. A.J. Howard of Kings Highway Missionary Baptist Church.

• NEW COMMUNITY CHURCH, 321 N. Birch St., will present its annual women’s day Sunday, Oct. 27. At 11 a.m., the guest speaker will be Yolanda Bush, a minister at Mt. Carmel Baptist Church. At 3 p.m., the featured speaker will be Jennifer Marie Phillips, an apostle of Greater Works Global Ministries at Shreveport, La.


• MT. MORIAH MISSIONARY BAPTIST CHURCH at Dumas will hold its annual women’s and men’s day at 11 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 27. Speakers will include Mamie Williams of Mt. Moriah and the Rev. Ladell Jordan, associate minister of First Missionary Baptist Church at Pine Bluff.


• MT. CARMEL MISSIONARY BAPTIST CHURCH, 900 Grant St., will have its annual men’s day at 11 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 27. The guest speaker will be the Rev. Sedrick Scott of Greater Rose of Sharon Missionary Baptist Church at Little Rock.
