Samuel James Short, 86 of White Hall, Arkansas, transitioned peacefully at his home.
He was proceeded by his loving wife, Alice, son Richard Scoope and grandson Justin Samuel Paiz.
He was survived by his Daughters Kathy Lowery ( Chris) Diane Krum (Chris), Wanda Burke, and Son Fred Scoope. 14 Grandchildren and 15 Great grandchildren and his special friend Mildred Brashears.
A family gathering will take place at the home of Kathy and Chris Lowery, 1013 Hillcrest Dr. White Hall, Arkansas 2 p.m. Monday, November 11,2019. All friends and family are welcome to attend.

Larry Lynn “Mitch” Mitchell, Jr., age 53, of Mayflower, passed away on Wednesday, November 6, 2019.
Born January 31, 1966 at Pine Bluff, he was the son of Larry Lynn Mitchell and Beverly Quinn Mitchell of Pine Bluff. He graduated from Watson Chapel High School in 1984 and earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing from the University of Central Arkansas in 1990.
He had worked at Haverty’s Furniture, Frigidaire in Conway and GMAC/Nuvell Financial Services. Mitch finally found fulfillment and happiness in work as a heating and air technician at Diamond State Heating and Air in North Little Rock. He loved his co-workers and many customers repeatedly requested for him to do their work.
Mitch was a Baptist by faith. He had a big heart, a great sense of humor, and was a quiet, sweet gentle man. He would do anything for anybody, and welcomed everyone into his family’s home.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Melanie Greer Mitchell, whom he married on May 14, 1994; a daughter, Brittany McFadden; a sister, Melissa Carr and husband Skip; a granddaughter, Lexie Mitchell; two nephews, Tyler Carr and Caleb Carr; along with many other loving family and friends.
Visitation will begin Monday, November 11, 2019 beginning at 9:00 a.m. at Fuller Hale-South Funeral Chapel in Pine Bluff. The funeral service will follow at 10:30 a.m. and interment will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.

Bobby Carrol Bradshaw, 82 passed away on November 7, 2019 peacefully at his home in Greers Ferry, AR. Bobby was the loving husband of Sue Vining Bradshaw of 44 years and both were members of Westside First Baptist Church of Greers Ferry. Bobby and Sue are formerly of Pine Bluff, AR and were members of Eastside Baptist Church. They moved to Greers Ferry Lake permanently in 2003 to enjoy his retirement from Union Pacific Railroad after 41 years.
The family would like to send a special thank you to the members of Hospice Home Care of Conway AR for their loving care of Bobby and the support of the members of Westside Baptist Church of Greers Ferry.
Bobby is preceded in death by his mother Jean Kimbrough and his father Floyd Bradshaw. Bobby is survived by his sister Wanda (Carlton) Day of Pine Bluff; daughter, Dana Kiser (Kirk) of Frisco, TX; stepdaughter, Libby (Scott) Alford of Bryant, AR; Son, Blake Bradshaw (Amy) of Kirkwood, MO.
Grandfather to Kristen (Cody) Agee; Karlie (Jon) Siudut; Kale (Jackie) Kiser; Hunter Alford; Blake Allen Bradshaw, Benjamin Bradshaw.
Bobby was the doting Great Grandfather to Paisley Agee (6); Jackson Agee (4); Stetson Siudut (3); Gracelyn Agee (2); Scarlett Siudut (1).
The memorial service to celebrate his life will be held on Monday, November 11, 2019 at 10:00 AM at Westside First Baptist Church, 7025 Greers Ferry Road, Greers Ferry, AR.
