Gov. Asa Hutchinson will visit two sites in Jefferson County on Wednesday, Dec. 11, according to news release.

At 10 a.m., the governor will speak at the Island of Hope Chapel 50th Anniversary at the Department of Correction’s Tucker Unit at Tucker.

At 1 p.m., Hutchinson will speak at Pine Bluff School during its Hour of Coding event. The visit part of the Computer Science Week, according to Shanta E. Calhoun, a PBHS business education, computer science teacher.
