Suspicious activity in the 3200 block of Allister Drive in the early morning hours Friday resulted in the arrest of two people who allegedly admitted entering two parked vehicles.

Cordareyell Daniels, 19, and a juvenile male were taken into custody by Sheriff’s Investigator Joseph O’Neal after O’Neal said Daniels inside a 2017 Nissan and the juvenile inside a 2013 Honda that were both parked in the driveway of a house.

O’Neal reported that when the two saw him, they started to walk away but he detained them. When Daniels was questioned, he admitted the juvenile had gone through two of the three vehicle parked in the driveway of the house looking for loose change.

He said he was “just watching out for the juvenile.”

The juvenile was not questioned because of his age.

On Friday, Pine Bluff District Judge John Kearney set a $10,000 bond for Daniels after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge him with two counts of breaking or entering.
