State Rep. Vivian Flowers (District 17) of Pine Bluff will hold a press conference to address a complaint she made that an individual fired a weapon after a confrontation the night of Feb. 3 at Little Rock.


The press conference will be held in the Old Supreme Court Room of the State Capitol at 11:30 a.m. Monday, Feb. 10.


The Pulaski County Prosecuting Attorney’s office is investigating Flower’s complaint. Flowers will make a statement and answer questions regarding the incident, according to a news release.


Flowers is serving her third term in the Arkansas House. She represents District 17 which includes a portion of Jefferson County.
