• CHERRY HILL MISSIONARY BAPTIST CHURCH at Moscow will celebrate the 14th anniversary of the pastor, the Rev. David Marks Sr. At 7 p.m., Friday, March 20, ministers’ night will feature the Rev. Raeshawn D. Howard Sr. as the guest speaker. At 6 p.m. Saturday, March 21, a musical will be held and presenters will include Shell Marks of New Community Church. Sunday, March 22, at 11 a.m. the guest speaker will be the Rev. Kelvin Riley of in His Presence Ministry at North Little Rock. At 3 p.m. Sunday, the guest speaker will be the Rev. Anthony Craig, pastor of Mt. Carmel Missionary Baptist Church at Pine Bluff.


CONCERTS


• LIBERTY HILL MISSIONARY BAPTIST CHURCH, 6300 U.S. 79 South, will host a musical extravaganza at 3 p.m. Sunday, March 22. Singers will include Indiana Street Missionary Baptist Church Male Choir, Pine Bluff Women’s Community Choir members and the Nu Beginnings Singers. Refreshments will be served.


• UNION MISSIONARY BAPTIST CHURCH, 609 E. 24th Ave., will present its musician’s appreciation program at 3 p.m. Sunday, March 22. Guests will include Andrea Johnson of Travelers Rest Missionary Baptist Church. The Rev. Stefan Liddell, associate pastor at Family Time Baptist Church & Ministries, will give words of encouragement.


WOMEN’S DAY


• FIRST BAPTIST CHURCH (DEW DROP), 1701 N. Bryant St., will celebrate women’s day at 3 p.m. Sunday, March 22. The guest speaker will be Glenda Johnson, an evangelist with All Called to Serve Outreach Ministry. Guest groups include the Spiritualettes and Webb Sisters.


REVIVALS


• MORRIS CHAPEL MISSIONARY BAPTIST CHURCH at Sherrill will conduct revival at 7 p.m. Monday and Tuesday, March 23-24. The guest speaker will be the Rev. Steven King, pastor of St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church at Pine Bluff.

• NEW COMMUNITY CHURCH, 321 N. Birch St., will host its Strengthen Your Walk With Christ program at 5 p.m. Sunday, March 22. The speaker will be Corintha Allmond, a minister and member of New Community. Father and Son will sing.


• GREATER BATTLE CHAPEL BAPTIST CHURCH at Altheimer will present its family and friends day at 3 p.m. Sunday, March 22. The guest speaker will be the Rev. Jason Hatton, pastor of God’s Ladder To Holliness Ministries at Texarkana, accompanied by his congregation.


• FAITH FAMILY & FRIENDS CHURCH at North Little Rock will host an appreciation service for the associate minister, Rodrick Williams, at 3 p.m. Sunday, March 22. Service will be held at the Word of Faith Christian Church at England. The guest speaker will be Felecia Brown of New St. Hurricane Missionary Baptist Church at Pine Bluff.


• REYNOLDS CHAPEL MISSIONARY BAPTIST CHURCH, 706 S. Cypress St., will host its annual family and friends day at 3 p.m. Sunday, March 22. The guest speaker will be the Rev. Joseph Valliant, pastor of Morris Chapel Missionary Baptist Church at Sherrill.

• NEW HOPE MISSIONARY BAPTIST CHURCH at Moscow will host its building fund program at 2:30 p.m. Sunday, March 22. The guest speaker will be the Rev. Aaron Barnes, pastor of New Home Missionary Baptist Church at Pine Bluff.


• WORD OF FAITH FULL GOSPEL BAPTIST CHURCH, 1108 S. Poplar St, will host its Family and friends day at 10:45 a.m. Sunday, March 29. The message will be by the pastor, Henry Land Jr.

SERVICE CANCELLATIONS


• THE PINE BLUFF WOMEN’S COMMUNITY CHOIR won’t hold its Songs of Praise 73 Concert as planned March 29 at Morris Chapel Missionary Baptist Church at Sherrill. The concert and rehearsals were postponed. Organizers will announce the next concert at Morris Chapel.


• KINGS HIGHWAY MISSIONARY BAPTIST CHURCH cancelled the revival that had been scheduled for March 25-27.


• PASTORIA SINGING UNION won’t hold its monthly worship service in March.


• JUDAH RESTORATION WORSHIP CENTER postponed the 29th anniversary of Bishop Esau Watson Jr., which was scheduled for March 28-29. The ministry will make an announcement when the event is rescheduled.
