Executive Director Rachel Patton will make brief remarks and reveal the list on Facebook Live. Each property will also be featured on social media throughout May.

Each May during Arkansas Heritage Month and National Preservation Month, Preserve Arkansas announces a list of historic properties threatened by deterioration, neglect, insufficient resources, or insensitive development, according to a news release.

“The Most Endangered Places list includes properties from all over Arkansas and helps to raise awareness of their significance and the need for preservation. It is our hope that inclusion on the list will generate interest, discussions, and proposals on how to save these important resources,” according to the release.

Preserve Arkansas is the only statewide nonprofit advocate for the preservation of Arkansas’ historic, architectural, and cultural resources. The organization works to build stronger communities by reconnecting Arkansans to their heritage and empowering people to save and rehabilitate historic places. Details:
