The Jefferson County Board of Election Commissioners will hold a regular meeting at 2 p.m. Wednesday, May 20, at the election center, 123 Main St., Pine Bluff. Entry to the building will be from the rear door because of Main Street construction, according to a news release.
The parking area can be accessed from Second Avenue. Face masks are recommended. Attendees are asked to observe social distancing and use best practices for everyone’s safety.
The agenda includes permitting election commissioners, the county clerk and respective deputies/technicians to meet with the Election Systems & Software state manager to learn about new equipment requirements. There will be an informative discussion, questions answered and a delivery date established, according to the release.
