The Saracen Landing Farmers Market at Pine Bluff will open for the season Saturday, June 20, from 6:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. The community is invited to participate and face masks will be required for safety, according to a news release.

The farmers market has received grant funding for SNAP recipients — Double Up Food Bucks (DUFB.) With this program, for every dollar they spend with their SNAP EBT Card, the market will double, dollar for dollar up to $20 a day, according to the release.

All farmers, fresh fruit and vegetable producers are invited to come be a part of the farmers market. The farmers market hours will be Tuesdays 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. and Saturdays 6:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
