The Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC) meeting will be held at 9 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 15.


As part of this meeting, the agency will also have its Hazard Mitigation Plan Update Kickoff Meeting with Witt/O’Brien’s, the contractor for the project.


Each jurisdiction, including school districts, must have a FEMA approved Hazard Mitigation Plan in order to be eligible for certain federal grants.
