Southeast Middle School, 2001 S. Ohio St., will hold honor roll assemblies and Red Ribbon week celebrations. The assemblies will be held Friday, Oct. 31, at 7:40 a.m. for sixth graders and at 8:40 a.m. for seventh graders.

Red Ribbon Week celebrations begin Monday, Oct. 27. Teachers and students are encouraged to show their spirit by participating in the following events:


Monday, Oct. 27- "Sock it to Drugs Day" wear favorite or craziest pair of socks.


Tuesday, Oct. 28 - "Put a Cap on Drugs Day" wear a hat or cap for being drug free and proud.


Wednesday, Oct. 29 – "Be on a Drug Free Team" wear favorite team sports jersey over uniform shirt.


Thursday, Oct. 30 – "Shade out Drugs Day" wear sunglasses.


Friday Oct. 31 - "I’m a "JEAN-IOUs"; I’m Drug Free: wear jeans and a red shirt.
