Pine Bluff police are again asking for help in locating a man identified as a suspect in the Dec. 29 shooting death of Derrick Matthews.

Pine Bluff police are again asking for help in locating a man identified as a suspect in the Dec. 29 shooting death of Derrick Matthews.


According to a news release, Quincy Chambers, 24, is wanted for capital murder in the death of Matthews, 30, whose body was found inside a red passenger car in the intersection of West 10th Avenue and Palm Street. Deputy Coroner Mike Boykin pronounced Matthews dead and listed the cause of death as multiple gunshot wounds.


Chambers’ last known address was 1602 W. 29th Ave.


He is described as being 5 feet 9 inches tall with black hair and brown eyes, and according to police, Chambers "should be considered armed and dangerous."
