Marty Hill

Floyd Martin “Marty” Hill, 68, of White Hall, passed away, Tuesday, June 25th, 2019.

Born July 10, 1950 at Warren, he was a son of the late Floyd W. “PeeWee” Hill and Christine Walker Hill.

Mr. Hill enjoyed the outdoors and going fishing whenever he was able. In his younger years he loved auto racing and could usually be found somewhere around dirt track.

Always proud to be able to create things with his hands, he had worked with various construction companies throughout the years before going to work for himself remodeling mobile homes.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a son, Charles “Chuck” Hill.

Marty is survived by a daughter, Wendy Weeks; sister, Joyce Everette and husband John; brother, Jerry Welch; four grandchildren, Breeze, Triston, Hope & Megan; one great-granddaughter, Aubree; and many other loving family & friends.

Funeral services will be Saturday, June 29th, 10:00 a.m. at Fuller Hale-South Funeral Chapel with Brother Vic McGehee officiating. Interment will follow in Cypress Memorial Gardens.

Charles Hansberry Sr.

Mr. Charles Everette Hansberry, Sr. 82, of Little Rock passed Thursday, June 20, 2019.

Services will be held Saturday, June 29, 2019, 10:30 am at First Baptist Church Higgins, AR, by Pastor Michael Hansberry. Burial in Rest in Peace Cemetery Hensley AR by Brown Funeral Home.

Visitation Friday 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home. His body will lie in-state Saturday 9:30 a.m. until service the start of service. .

Barbra Robinson

Barbra Ann Robinson 59 was born October 04, 1959 in Star City, Arkansas to Hazel (Rochell) Hayes and the late Sherman Rochell, Sr. She departed this life on June 18, 2019.

She was proceeded in death by her husband, Lester Robinson; father, Sherman Rochell, Sr. and brother, Jimmy Rochelle.

She leaves to cherish her memories; her mother Hazel (Alvin) Hayes of Star City, AR; three sons, Savoy Rochell and Durell Thompson both of Star City, AR; Terrance Mance of Spokane, WA; four brothers, Charles (Joyce) Rochelle of Columbia, TN, Sherman (Kathy) Rochell Jr. of Star City, AR, Jerry (Paula) Rochelle and Terry (Dametria) Rochelle both of Pine Bluff, AR; three sisters, Brenda (Andrew) Hegler of Monticello, AR, Mary Robinson of Pine Bluff, AR and Rachel Rochelle of Little Rock, AR; three grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Funeral service will be held 10:30 a.m. Friday, June 28, 2019 at St. Ollie Missionary Baptist Church Star City, AR by Rev. Sherman Rochell, Jr. Burial in St. Ollie Cemetery, Meroney, AR by Brown Funeral Home of Pine Bluff, AR.

Visitation/Family Hour Thursday 5:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Her body will lie in-state Friday 9:15 a.m. until service. .
