Edwin Delane Doggett, age 79, passed away peacefully and surrounded by his family on August 17, 2019 at his home in White Hall, Arkansas. He was born in Warren, Arkansas on September 6, 1939 to Leonard and Mable Doggett.
Ed graduated from Hermitage High School in 1957 and later completed Business School in Little Rock.
He was drafted into the military in 1962 where he was a Marksman and member of the 212th Signal Core. While serving his country in the U. S. Army National Guard, he married his childhood friend Mary Elizabeth Brooks on July 14, 1962. They were happily married for 57 years and had four sons.
Ed spent his entire adult life in the Pine Bluff area beginning in 1965 as manager of Warehouse Foods. He later had a successful career in sales. He was a long-time member and Deacon at Oak Park Free Will Baptist Church, and was a member of Central Baptist in White Hall when he passed. He enjoyed serving his church, taking walks with his wife and spending time with his 10 grandchildren and one great-grandchild. He was preceded in death by his parents and son Michael Delane Doggett. He is survived by his wife Mary, and sons David and his wife Brooke Doggett of White Hall; John and his wife Amber Doggett of Benton; and Doug Doggett of Jonesboro.
He is survived also by two brothers James (Betty) Doggett and Charles (Janis) Doggett of Warren.
Visitation will be held at Central Baptist Church in White Hall from 5 to 7 PM on Tuesday, August 20. Memorial service will be held on Wednesday, August 21 at 10 AM at Central Baptist Church in White Hall followed by a graveside service at 2 PM at Pleasant Valley FWB Church in Bradley County by Frazer’s Funeral Home. Mrs. Henrietta Adams Williams 82, of Pine Bluff, Arkansas passed Wednesday, August 14, 2019. She was born April 25, 1937, to the late Henry Adams, Sr., and Rosetta (Hampton) Adams. Her husband, Leroy Williams and son Raymond Parker preceded her in death.
She leaves to cherish her memory three granddaughters, Ramonda Parker of Pine Bluff, AR; Andrea Parker and Jessica Parker-Lane both of Little Rock, AR; three grandsons, Joshua Brunson of Sherwood, AR; Jason Johnson of Dallas, Texas; and Leslie Parker of Fayetteville, AR; five great-grandchildren.

Kay Dice, 71 (or 17 in leap years), of White Hall, died Saturday, August 17, 2019 at home.
Born Brenda Kay King February 29, 1948 in Rison, she was the daughter of Herbert King and Lucille Taylor King.
Brenda was reared and received her early education in Rison and Watson Chapel, graduating from Watson Chapel High School in 1965.
She worked for many years at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, where she was known as Searg.
Brenda was a charter member of Maranatha Baptist Church, where she was the pianist since she was 14.
She was a devoted wife and mother. Brenda was a faithful volunteer when her boys were growing up, particularly with school and Little League baseball. She continued that faithful devotion to her grandkids.
Brenda was preceded in death by her parents; brother-in-law, Danny Cissell; and sister-in-law, Brenda Blaylock Dice.
Survivors include her husband of 52 years, Larry C. Dice, whom she married August 11, 1967 at Maranatha Baptist Church; two sons, Larry D. Dice of White Hall and Scott Dice (Tonya) of White Hall; three sisters, Sue Spadoni (Danny) of Bryant, Freda Cissell of Osceola and Theresa Banks (Terry) of Pansy; four grandchildren, Jake Stone, Lottie Dice, Reed Dice and Emersyn Dice; brother-in-law, Charles Dice of Prescott; and sister-in-law, Kathy Burchett of White Hall.
Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, August 21, 2019 at Robinson and Fuller White Hall Funeral Chapel with Brother Johnny Stevor officiating. Interment will follow in Greenwood Cemetery in Rison. Visitation will be Tuesday evening from 5-7 p.m. at Robinson and Fuller.
