Opal M. Taylor, 95, of Pine Bluff, passed away Monday, April 6, 2020, at Trinity Village Medical Center.
Mrs. Taylor was born March 6, 1925, in the Hardin Community, the daughter of the late John Wesley and Carrie Bain Harris. She was reared and received her education in the former Hardin School District.
Mrs. Taylor, along with her husband, owned and operated Delman Taylor Realty Company in Pine Bluff for 22 years and retired in 1983.
She retired to Eureka Springs in 1983 and returned to Pine Bluff in 1998. Mrs. Taylor was a member of 1st Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
She is survived by her two sons, John Delman Taylor of Pine Bluff and James Rowland Taylor of Winslow; two beloved daughters-in-law, Carol Taylor and Terry Bumgardner; one grandchild, Jeremy Taylor of San Francisco, California; and many nieces, nephews, and extended family members.
Mrs. Taylor was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Delman Taylor (whom she married May 17, 1941, in Pine Bluff); and six brothers, Ides William Harris, Oris Wesley Harris, Herman Harris, Otis Harris, Cliff Harris, John Ellis Taylor.
