"The Story Book", an independent film written by Pine Bluff native, Arinitra Chandler, and her husband, Devlon Chandler Sr., a native of Little Rock, will premiere at The Pines mall Cinema 8 on Sept. 16.

Rine and Chandler Productions with Studio 707 Films and Lee Media Films will show the independent film at 1, 3:30 and 6:30 p.m.
Tickets are available at Headz Up Barber Shop, 1401 W. Sixth Ave. Admission is $5. Tickets may also be purchased at the door.
“The Story Book” tells the story of four different films — “Let’s Go On A Date” (comedy), “Baggage” a (drama), “Freebie” (suspense) and “Karma” (drama). Arinitra is the writer of “Baggage”, “Let’s Go On a Date”, and “Karma”. Devlon is the writer of “Freebie”.
The film stars an array of local actors and actresses, ranging from students, church members, family members, and friends.
Arinitra, a licensed cosmetologist, and Devlon, a licensed barber, are the owners of Rine and Chandler Productions. Arinitra attended Excel Model and Talent. She received a certificate in commercial acting, advanced acting and professional acting. She was also chosen to go to New York to represent Arkansas on an international level for acting. Rine and Chandler Productions launched in November 2009 with Arinitra’s first play, “Family of Drama.” She has written, directed and produced several projects, which include “Family of Drama Two” (play), “Second Time Around” (film), “Deal With It” (film) and more that are complete and will be coming to theaters soon.
Rine and Chandler Productions was created by Arinitra and was named after her grandmother (Rine) and her father-in-law (Chandler). They inspired her the most to follow her dreams.
Rine and Chandler Productions collaborated in 2010 with Lee Media Films to produce “Deal With It,” “Second Time Around,” and “Freebie”. Rine and Chandler Productions later collaborated with Studio 707 Films in 2012 to produce “Baggage”, Let’s Go On A Date”, and “Karma.”
Lee Media Design, owned by Brian Lee, was established in July 2010 to provide services for television, film and print. Lee holds a bachelor’s degree in arts and mass communication from the University of Central Arkansas and is pursuing a master in fine arts in digital film. Studio 707 Graphic Design/Films, owned by Tanesa Kassa, was established July 2007 for graphic design, photography, video and film production.
